Hand over the routine. Decisions stay with you.

A platform that takes over the repetitive administrative work of professional firms: reading documents, extracting data, running recurring checks, and producing the monthly summaries and reports.

The same work, every month

Every professional firm carries the same administrative work month after month: the same documents to read, the same checks to run, the same statements to produce.

The work is necessary and it is not difficult. But it takes exactly the time of the people who should be handling the exceptions and the decisions that need professional judgment.

How it works

It works as a team of digital specialists, each with one clear role. Some read the documents, extract the data and look up what is needed. Others check the results against your requirements. Others prepare the explanations, the summaries or the reports.

  1. Describe the work

Explain the recurring process in your own words, or have us set it up with you: “Every month, read the client's bank statements, match them to the invoices, and draft the summary.”

  2. Agree the steps once

Before it runs, you see what it will do, which documents and systems it will use, and where it will stop for your decision. The rules and checks are set with you.

  3. It runs the volume

The same steps run in the same order on every similar case. Once the rules are confirmed, cases that meet them continue and exceptions reach you.

  4. Check the result

Each time it runs, it leaves a record of the steps, what each one read and what it produced, so you can see what happened without redoing the work.

Five things that make the difference

  1. It takes on whole processes, not isolated tasks.

Once you have agreed a way of working, it is applied the same way to every similar case. It does not start from zero on each document, and it does not need redirecting at every step.

  2. It learns how you work.

When a process is set up to learn, it keeps the rules and decisions you confirm, and the more you confirm, the less it asks, within that process. A correction replaces the earlier answer without erasing it. Anything it works out on its own stays a suggestion and never overrides a rule you set.

  3. It applies your methodology consistently.

The rules and checks are set with you, and from then on they run in the same order, for every client and every month. Its steps are fixed before it starts, so it cannot improvise a new one halfway through. The method does not depend on who is at the desk that day.

  4. Every step traces back to its source.

The record keeps what each step read and what it produced, so a figure can be followed back to the document it came from. When an auditor, a regulator or a client asks how a number was arrived at, the answer is already on record instead of being reconstructed.

  5. Built for firms that cannot compromise on confidentiality.

Your documents are not used to train any model, and the providers they pass through are named in the contract, in advance. The application is hosted in Europe, or on your own infrastructure where internal policy or professional secrecy requires it, and the routine reading and sorting steps can run on local models.

Not a general-purpose AI assistant

General-purpose AI assistants answer the request in front of them, steered by whoever is typing. The path can change from one conversation to the next, and nothing fixes the method in advance for a firm to validate.

This one runs your process: the same steps, in the same order, across the whole month's volume, stopping where a decision is needed and keeping a record of where each figure came from.

The difference is not how well it answers a question, but whether it can apply your way of working consistently, at scale.

Who it is for

Professional practices and back-office teams in small and mid-sized firms, where the work is document-heavy, repeats every month, and someone is professionally answerable for the result.

  • Accounting and financial services
  • Law firms
  • Property valuation
  • Insurance claims handling

It is the tool of a firm's own office, not an institution's system of record, and it sits alongside the software you already run. We are building it first for Romania: for its documents, its rules and the way its firms work.

Closed beta

The product is at an early stage, and we would rather say so plainly. We are looking for firms that will build this with us, not customers to sell a finished product to. The first step is a short session in which we show the platform working on a document type from your own practice. Taking part is free and carries no obligation to buy.

Use the full address, for example name@company.com.
So we know who we are talking to.
Two or three sentences is plenty: the documents that come in, the checks you run, and what you produce at the end.

We use this to reply to you about the beta, and for nothing else. We do not share it. How we handle your details

Tell us what the job is and roughly how often it runs. That is enough to start a useful conversation.
